Summary of Relevant Experience:

David joined as the Financial and Commercial Controller in 2001 before heading up a management buyout in 2004. Leading the business rename to 3tc Software established the business as an independent company which has since grown in turnover year on year.

Simon Clough

Responsibilities

Previously a Control Room Systems Consultant, responsible for technical implementation of Mobilising Systems products, ICT and strategic portfolio development.

 

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Simon joined the company in 1994 as a Software Developer, working on software projects for Fire Brigade customers, in particular Fire Safety and Risk Assessment. Simon has been involved in the development and delivery of new products and support of existing solutions. Simon currently leads the design and development of new systems and was Lead Software Consultant. Simon is a member of the Board of Directors and a Shareholder in 3tc Software Ltd.

Responsibilities

Promotion and networking of 3tc Software’s product range to key contacts and utilising his previous experience as a Chief Fire Officer to influence development.

 

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Former Chief Fire Officer previously serving at West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. Phil brings a wealth of experience to 3tc Software and has helped define the long term and strategic plan for 3tc Software to be able to continue to provide software solutions around mission critical applications not just in the UK but across the world.

Steve Taylor BA MA MSc

Responsibilities

Solution design and integration, Fire service critical operational systems and adviser and supervision of support services.

 

Summary of Relevant Experience:

For the last 30 years Steve has been involved in supplying and supporting critical operational systems to the UK fire service including control room, station and mobile technology. Steve was the lead engineer for the provision and support of a previous control room solution for London Fire Brigade and several other clients.

Steve is a member of the Board of Directors and a Shareholder in 3tc Software Ltd.

Wendy Porter

Technical Author/Training Instructor

Responsibilities

PTS support calls, written documentation, i.e. version control, manuals, release notes, change control processes and requests.  Wendy also assists with software upgrades where necessary and carries out testing on the core Meridian product as well as mobile and online bookings prior to a new release.

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Wendy has 12 years’ experience working with PTS software systems. Prior to that she worked for 10 years within the Ambulance Service, both in an operational PTS role in the control room and in the latter years within IT.

Mark Illstone

Mark has several years of experience working in a customer facing IT support role, providing fast and effective report to a number of clients.

Lylie Moore

Results driven Project Manager (PRINCE2) with valuable experience of successfully delivering projects within transformational change programmes.

Responsible for planning, delegating, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project and delivering within time schedule and cost.

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Lylie has successfully delivered a full Command and Control Systems into County Durham & Darlington and Tasmanian Ambulance Service, an Incident Recording System to Cambridge FRS and has managed the successful implementation of a major Command and Control upgrade for South East Coast Ambulance NHS Trust.

Atul Patel

Atul is responsible for managing and developing our product portfolio, leading our roadmaps and ensuring that our software remains at the forefront of customer requirements.

 

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Atul has spent many years in software development and was with 3tc Software from 1994 to 2013 where, among other roles, he led the Mobile Data team.  After a couple of years working for Capita he rejoined 3tc Software and has been working across all products.

Dom Porter

He is responsible for working with potential customers to provide software solutions which enable their organisations to operate more efficiently and reduce cost.

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Dom has a background in sales and has worked in many technical areas. This background means he is ideal to work with new customers to facilitate the right solution for them.  He has a sound technical understanding and a keen interest in an organisations infrastructure.

Lisa Hall

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Lisa has 25+ years of experience within the field of Client Services ranging from Customer Service, Sales, Account Management and IT Support, primarily in the Service provision sector. As Lisa has previously worked within a variety of business sectors, we are looking to incorporate her knowledge into maintaining a positive and efficient service to our clients at all times.

Andy Pye

Design, planning, scheduling and development of our Business Intelligence products.

Summary of Relevant Experience:

Andy joined us as a graduate software engineer in 2001 and worked at 3tc Software for a year before moving on to BAE Systems. He returned to the business in 2004 as Software Development Team Lead and since then has worked on most of our .NET-based software solutions.

Donna Hopper

Donna has worked within the emergency services sector for many years, focusing on the ambulance sector of the business. She is a key relationship manager maintaining existing relationships whilst having a focus on securing new business across the ambulance market and in new markets such as local authorities.

Imran has over 20 years of IT experience ranging from development to technical support of applications. Desktop and server infrastructure experience and knowledge gathered in previous employments. Worked in both the public and private sectors. Knowledge of extensive range of applications and technologies.

Malsha has a lot of hands on experience on 3tc Software applications and systems in the areas of software development, development support, database administration and customer support. Prior to 3tc Software she worked on a leading ERP application as a Software Engineer.

Brian Hunter

Brian has worked within the UK Public Safety sector for 18 years, working predominantly with Fire and Rescue clients to develop solutions that help operational firefighters make informed decisions.  Built upon a solid technical background, Brian works with existing clients as well as developing relationships with new ones.
