Chris Chambers – Development Manager
I joined 3tc Software in August 2017, taking on the role of Development manager, having previously held the same position for the past 6 years. I studied Computer Science at De Montfort University, ultimately achieving a 1st class degree.
Most of my free time is spent with my young family, bouncing from soft plays to children’s birthday parties. When I do get time for myself I love to watch sports, play computer games and enjoy a wide variety of ales.
Facts: I have an identical twin brother who is strangely also a Development Manager. I have a
collection of signed boxing gloves – a pair signed by Carl Froch being my prized possession.
Nikki Hogan – Management Accountant
I joined 3tc in August 2018 as Management Accountant and have a wealth of experience in running an accounts department. I qualified as a management accountant in 2003 and then followed this by having 4 children.
Outside of work I like to keep fit and you will normally find me either Running/Cycling/Skiing or playing tennis, this is of course in between being a mum and taxi driver to my four children!
Fact: At Infant School I played the star role of Mary in the Christmas Nativity play
Lylie Moore – Commercial Operations Manager
I initially joined 3tc in 2009 for 6 months as a Junior Administrator before returning to college and then backpacking across Australia and South East Asia. I re-joined in 2014 as a Project Manager and more recently as Commercial Operations Manager. My key focus is working closely across the Teams to make sure that we’re planning and delivery excellent service to our new and existing Clients.
When not at work you’ll find me letting my hair down at gigs and festivals or walking my two labs.
Fact: I own six pairs of doc martins and have watched the Jurassic park films at least 30 times.
April Clough – Business Analyst
I have been working with Emergency Service Software for the past 15 years and with 3tc for 10 years, and have been involved with the Guardian Command and Control system since its inception. I love working with our customers and with our developers to ensure that our software provides real-world value.
Evenings or weekends I can be found pounding the pavements or covered in mud in the local woods or fields as the ladies team captain for my running club.
Facts: I am afraid of heights, but once jumped out of a plane at 13,000 ft. I have been kissed by Phil
“The Power” Taylor (16 times Darts World Champion).
Nikki Cooper – Project Manager
I have been with 3tc for 2 ½ years and I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner and manage the majority of our projects. I love meeting new people and interacting with my colleagues and our Customers to reach joint goals and really enjoy my job.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me either on stage in local shows or backpacking abroad. Q. How would I describe myself? A. As an extrovert with plenty of energy!
Facts: I have travelled to over 25 countries and I am qualified Personal Trainer and PADI scuba diver.
Atul Patel – Product Manager
I’ve been working at 3tc for over 22 years holding various technical and management roles. My passion is all about helping emergency services gain the best solutions, which solve their problems. I always enjoy my interactions with the emergency services personnel and partners that I engage with. As a Product Manager, I’m able to influence and direct the product development lifecycle, ensuring we build and deliver products that are engaging, reliable and deliver benefits to users and their organisation as a whole.
Fact: I was given the opportunity to fly a Yak52 aerobatic plane and lived to tell the tail!
Rachel Todd – HR & Payroll Manager
I joined 3tc in November 2009 as the HR & Payroll Manager. If I do have any spare time, after running around looking after the men in the house; my two boys, husband and dog, I love baking biscuits & cakes and walking our springer spaniel, Fidget. This is normally followed by a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc in the evenings!
Fact: I celebrated coming first in a running race in year 2, at the Infants school, only to find the starting whistle was for another race and no-one else had set off! I’ve not liked running since.
