Customer support is very important to us because we know how important working systems are to you.

Our customer service team focus on maintaining the various mission critical control systems, decision support applications and scheduling systems which we have deployed within the emergency services and private sector since the 1980’s.

As part of our commitment to customer service, a permanently staffed service desk operates during office hours. We also have a round the clock service available if your business requires it. This service desk provides immediate contact and enables access to our suite of experts who will support your system.

User Groups

We hold regular user groups based around our products giving you an opportunity to talk directly to our developers, give your feedback and request enhancements. We also invite all our customers to these and they provide a great opportunity for you to network with like-minded individuals from other operations.

Integration Services

Any software you buy from us will no doubt form part of an overall business process within your organisation and effective integration between new and legacy software is vital.

We guarantee we can integrate our software into your existing systems and use our own in house experts to build the necessary interfaces. We provide:

Our teams have been integrating and supporting products in mission critical environments for over 30 years and will support all integrations on clients preferred SLA’s if required.

For scenarios where clients or prime contractors want to perform their own integrations we can supply our own fully documented and supported application programing interface (API’s) to allow third parties to develop integration functionality themselves. Our standard interfaces are all built on modern web services technology or TCP/IP sockets to ensure system coupling and cohesion is minimised and integration with different operating systemselopment language is ensured.

Example projects we have worked on in the past include integration’s with 3G/4G networks, TETRA radio’s, ICCS systems, Telephony solutions, Computer aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, Mobile data systems and reporting solutions.

Installation and Project Management

We use Prince 2 methods and all projects are overseen by our programme manager who is also responsible for maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards throughout the business.

We also offer full training to either your trainers or your staff to ensure that they feel confident using our software and get the most out of it. We make our systems configurable wherever possible, we will also show your staff how to set them up in the way they like to work.

Upgrades

We upgrade our software on a regular basis and these roll outs will form part of your support contract.

However, we understand that our systems do not work on a standalone basis within your organisation but often form part of a complex IT infrastructure. Upgrading one part of that infrastructure might not always fit with your short term operational objectives.

We have a flexible, collaborative approach to upgrading our software. As a customer, you can access the latest release notes to judge if the latest upgrade we are offering will be of benefit to you in the short term. If not, we will always continue to support the two previous versions of our software meaning that your organisation has the flexibility and expert support it needs to operate as necessary.
