We upgrade our software on a regular basis and these roll outs will form part of your support contract. However, we understand that our systems do not work on a standalone basis within your organisation but often form part of a complex IT infrastructure. Upgrading one part of that infrastructure might not always fit with your short term operational objectives. We have a flexible, collaborative approach to upgrading our software. As a customer, you can access the latest release notes to judge if the latest upgrade we are offering will be of benefit to you in the short term. If not, we will always continue to support the two previous versions of our software meaning that your organisation has the flexibility and expert support it needs to operate as necessary.
